Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the MCAT Genie website, forms, automatic study schedule creator, tutoring services, documents, communications, and related resources. By submitting a form, booking a call, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Services Only
MCAT Genie provides educational support, tutoring, strategy, and study planning. We do not guarantee any specific MCAT score, admission outcome, scholarship, job, professional license, or academic result.
Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information in forms and intake materials.
- Use study documents, schedules, and tutoring guidance for personal educational purposes only.
- Complete independent study, practice, and review between sessions.
- Respect intellectual property, confidentiality, and platform rules.
Automatic Study Schedule Beta
During beta access, the free schedule offer includes one schedule generation and two revisions unless a different offer is shown. Beta availability, turnaround times, features, and eligibility may change. Students are responsible for reviewing generated schedules for accuracy and feasibility before relying on them.
Student-Submitted Content
You are responsible for the information, documents, score reports, messages, and other content you submit. You grant MCAT Genie permission to use submitted content to provide, support, improve, and document the services you request.
Payments, Scheduling, And Cancellations
Tutoring, course, and schedule-related pricing, refunds, revisions, cancellations, and expiration details may be stated on the applicable checkout page, invoice, service description, or written agreement. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written agreement controls for that service.
Intellectual Property
MCAT Genie content, study documents, templates, explanations, schedules, branding, and website materials are owned by MCAT Genie or its licensors. Unless we give written permission, you may not resell, publish, redistribute, copy, or use these materials to train, operate, or support a competing service.
