Consent To Use Submitted Information
By submitting a form to MCAT Genie, you consent to MCAT Genie collecting and using the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, create or revise study schedules, provide tutoring or support, share educational documents with the email address you provide, maintain service records, and communicate with you about the requested services.
Submitted information may include your name, email address, MCAT test date, study availability, resources, target score, practice-test scores, section breakdowns, study preferences, revision requests, and other information you choose to provide.
Consent To Electronic Communications
You agree that MCAT Genie may contact you by email and, if provided, phone or text for service-related purposes such as scheduling, study-plan delivery, revisions, reminders, billing, and support.
Student Performance Information
If you submit score reports, full-length breakdowns, practice-test data, or academic information, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and authorize MCAT Genie to use it for educational support and study planning.
Children And Minors
MCAT Genie is designed for college-level and pre-med students and is not directed to children under 13. Students under 13 may not submit forms or use MCAT Genie services. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve the submission.
No Medical, Legal, Or Admissions Advice
MCAT Genie provides educational guidance only. We do not provide medical, legal, mental-health, admissions, financial, or professional licensing advice.
Optional Testimonial Or Score Use
MCAT Genie should only use a student's name, likeness, testimonial, screenshots, or score information in public marketing after receiving separate written permission. A general form submission is not testimonial permission.
Withdrawing Consent
You may contact contact@mcatgenie.com to ask questions, request deletion where available, or stop non-essential communications.
