MCAT Genie is intended for college-level and pre-med students preparing for the MCAT, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Student Consent
By submitting a form, you consent to MCAT Genie collecting and using the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, create or revise study schedules, provide tutoring or support, share educational documents with the email address you provide, maintain service records, and communicate with you about the requested services.
Third-Party Services
We use service providers to operate the website and deliver services. These may include Tally for forms, Google Drive and Google Sheets for study documents, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe or other payment processors for payments, HubSpot or similar customer-management tools, email providers, hosting providers, and analytics or security tools. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Google Drive And Study Documents
If you request a study schedule, we may create or share a Google Sheet or related document using the email address you provide. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your MCAT preparation. Access to shared documents may depend on your Google account settings.
Children And Minors
MCAT Genie is designed for college-level and pre-med students and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that information was submitted by a child under 13, we will delete it unless legally permitted or required to retain it. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve the student's use of our forms and services before personal information is submitted.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate MCAT Genie, with payment and scheduling providers, with the student or parent/guardian associated with the request, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your consent.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for tutoring, schedule creation, support, business records, legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution. If you ask us to delete information, we will respond within a reasonable time and delete or de-identify information unless we need to retain it for legitimate legal or business reasons.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information by emailing contact@mcatgenie.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, form, email, or cloud service is completely secure, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
